Community doulas are trained and play a crucial role in improving maternal and infant health outcomes.
We help to: Reclaim control, Shift power dynamics back to the people, Interrupt harm, Advocate, Empower, Center the whole person, and Address systemic racism all while providing culturally sensitive education, early linkage to health care, resource sharing, support, and other needed services.
